cookie policy
this page explains the cookies and similar storage twenty five London uses, and how you control them. we keep this short and plain. by default we set only what the store needs to work — your bag and your consent choice. anything that measures or markets stays off until you turn it on, and you can change your mind at any time.

what we mean by cookies
cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. we use the same word here to cover related technologies — local storage and session storage — that keep small pieces of information on your device for the same reasons.
this policy sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly. this page is specifically about what we store on your device and how you control it.
how we ask for consent
the first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics and, in future, marketing storage. accept and reject are offered equally — rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional runs until you choose.
strictly-necessary storage is the only thing set before you decide, because the store cannot function without it. analytics and marketing stay off until you give consent.
strictly necessary
these keep the store working and cannot be switched off. they remember the contents of your bag as you move between pages, record the consent choice you made on the banner, and support basic security and fraud prevention during checkout.
there is no tracking or advertising purpose here. without this storage you could not add an item, hold a bag, or complete an order, so it runs regardless of your consent choice.
analytics
with your consent we load Vercel privacy-respecting analytics and speed insights. these measure how the site is used and how quickly pages load — which pages are visited, how journeys flow, where performance can improve.
this analytics is designed to avoid tracking you across other sites and to minimise personal data. it stays off entirely until you accept, and we use it only to understand and improve the store.
marketing
we do not currently run advertising or marketing pixels. if we add them in future — for example to measure a campaign or show relevant ads — they will sit in this category and remain off until you consent to them.
we will update this page before any marketing storage goes live, and you will be able to refuse it the same way you refuse analytics.
third parties
some storage is set by the services that run the store on our behalf, rather than by us directly. our hosting and privacy-respecting analytics are provided by Vercel, our commerce and orders by Medusa, payments by Stripe, search by MeiliSearch, and newsletter and transactional email by our email service provider.
these providers set or read storage only for the purposes described here, and the optional ones load only after you have consented.
changing or withdrawing consent
you can change your choice at any time through the consent preferences, reopened from the cookie-preferences control in the footer. turn analytics or marketing on or off, and the change takes effect straight away.
strictly-necessary storage cannot be turned off, because the store needs it to work. you can also clear cookies and storage in your browser at any time — doing so will reset your saved consent choice, so the banner will ask again on your next visit.
