shipping & delivery
everything we make is dispatched from our studio and carried to you tracked and insured, wherever you are. here is exactly how it works, what it costs, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

dispatch
we aim to dispatch every order within two working days of it being placed. working days are monday to friday, excluding uk public holidays.
you will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a second message with tracking once it leaves us. during drops and busier periods dispatch may take a little longer, and we will tell you if it does.
shipping methods & cost
every order ships tracked and fully insured, worldwide. you can follow your parcel from our studio to your door, and it is covered for the whole journey.
shipping within the uk is complimentary on orders over £150. below that, a flat standard rate is shown at checkout before you pay. international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, so you always see the cost before confirming your order.
delivery estimates
as a guide, uk orders usually arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch, europe 4 to 7, and the rest of the world 7 to 14.
these are estimates, not guarantees. they begin once your order has been dispatched, not from when it is placed, and customs clearance or carrier delays can extend them. we will always do what we can to help if something is taking longer than it should.
customs, duties & import taxes
uk prices include vat. orders shipped outside the uk may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
these charges are set by your local authorities, are outside our control, and are payable by you as the recipient. they are not included in the price you pay us or in your shipping cost. if you are unsure what may apply, your local customs office can advise before you order.
your delivery address
please check your delivery address carefully before you confirm your order. we ship to the address you give us, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the studio.
if you spot a mistake, contact our customer-care team straight away by email and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, with any additional carriage payable by you.
delayed, lost or damaged parcels
if tracking has not updated in a while, your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, or it reaches you damaged, email our customer-care team with your order number and we will look into it for you.
because every order is tracked and insured, we can investigate with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, arrange a replacement or a refund. for damage, it helps to keep the packaging and send us a photo as soon as you can.
returns
changed your mind? you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with the woven label still intact. full details, including how to start a return, are on our returns page.
